Liverpool FC Legends to face Inter Legends at Anfield in March 2027
Liverpool FC Legends will take on Inter Legends at Anfield next year.

LFC Foundation’s annual charity match will return on Saturday March 27, with kick-off at 3pm GMT.
Presented by AXA, the Reds’ official training partner, the fixture will bring together two of European football’s most storied clubs, with all proceeds supporting LFC Foundation and official former player association Forever Reds.
Funds raised will support LFC Foundation’s health, learning and employability programmes across the Liverpool City Region and around the world, as the charity works towards its ambition of supporting 500,000 people a year by 2030.
The scale of that work is reflected in last season’s figures, when LFC Foundation supported 239,421 people – an increase of 65 per cent more people helped than the previous year. This included more than 50,000 additional participants internationally.
Across its programmes, LFC Foundation delivered 14,546 sessions and 629,104 hours of contact with participants, generating an estimated £54.2 million in healthcare savings.
Since its launch in 2018, Forever Reds has donated £590,000 through its partnership with LFC Foundation, supporting former players and charitable causes across the Liverpool City Region with a focus on health, wellbeing and community care.
The fixture against Inter will build on the success of previous legends matches at Anfield. The 10 games held to date have raised more than £10 million for communities across the Liverpool City Region and beyond.
Liverpool FC Legends’ management team and playing squad will be announced in the build-up to the game.
Matt Parish, LFC Foundation chief executive, said: “Anfield has seen some memorable European nights against Inter over the years, so we’re delighted to welcome them back for a fixture that will bring supporters together for a great cause.
“Our supporters, partners and volunteers play a vital role in making our work possible. We passionately believe a postcode should not determine a young person’s life chances, and every supporter who joins us at Anfield will be helping us create more opportunities for people in our communities.
“Last season, we supported almost a quarter of a million people, but we know there is more to do. Every legends match helps us build on that impact, reach more people and move closer to our ambition of supporting 500,000 people a year by 2030.”
