Jarell Quansah is a stylish centre-half who emerged from the youth ranks and broke into the Liverpool FC senior set-up during the 2023-24 season.
Quansah, from Warrington, joined the club's Academy at the age of five and he signed a first professional deal with the Reds in February 2021.
The defender captained the U18s team to the FA Youth Cup final in 2021 and, as well as subsequently featuring regularly for the U21s and in the UEFA Youth League, during the 2021-22 season Jarell was twice an unused substitute for the senior side under Jürgen Klopp.
He ended that campaign by playing a major role as England won the UEFA U19 European Championship, participating in every game at the tournament, scoring in the semi-finals and providing a crucial assist in the final as the ...
