Gephte Mbolokele is the Academy’s U10s coach.

Born in Democratic Republic of Congo, Gephte moved to Liverpool at the age of 13 to join up with his family. 

He studied sport exercise sceience at John Moores university between 2013 and 2016, and after graduating he started working for the Liverpool FC foundation, which involved working with young people in the community.

Towards the end of 2020, Gephte took his first steps working in academy football starting with the pre-academy team at LFC.

He then started working with both the pre-academy and the foundation phase, after being successful with the Premier League coach inclusion and diversity scheme.
