Head of education and personal development
Caitlin Hawkins is the Academy's head of education and personal development.
She leads on education at the Liverpool FC Academy, charged with supporting and developing young players both educationally and holistically.
She is the strategic lead for all education at the Kirkby base and she manages the delivery of the Academy's schoolboy education programme.
Caitlin will manage the official partnership schools and develop relationships with all schools to enable high-quality educational support for all players at LFC, while also leading the scholarship players' life skills development programme.
She works closely with the player care manager in providing an environment that is safe, rewarding and supportive – ensuring that individual needs are met.
