NewsVictor Munoz excited about Liverpool move and playing at 'unique' Anfield
Victor Munoz explained how the chance to join Liverpool was one he simply could not pass up.
The Reds agreed a deal with La Liga side Osasuna earlier this month to acquire the 22-year-old forward.
He will link up with his new teammates later this summer after representing Spain at the World Cup.
Speaking to EFE, Munoz said: "The truth is it all happened very quickly but, well, when an opportunity like this comes along, you just can't let it slip by.
"It's something unique to be able to play there at Anfield, and both me and my family had absolutely no doubts.
"The truth is it's a chapter for my future that could be really special. I'm really looking forward to it.
"But if I'm honest with you, right now my eyes are completely set on things here [at the World Cup], on trying to get fit as soon as possible."
