MatchSunderland v Liverpool: Team news
Read the latest team news from Arne Slot and Regis Le Bris ahead of Liverpool's trip to take on Sunderland in the Premier League.
The Reds visit Wearside on Wednesday night for an 8.15pm GMT kick-off at the Stadium of Light.
Joe Gomez could return to Slot's matchday squad after an absence enforced by the injury he sustained at AFC Bournemouth last month.
The defender was set to resume training alongside his teammates on Tuesday, with the head coach explaining at his pre-match press conference mid-morning: "Joe has not trained with us yet.
"I'm expecting him to train with us for the first time today. If Joe is not ready to start then we are missing four players who have played in that position.
"But Curtis [Jones] and Wata [Endo] also played in that position this year, so we've had six different right full-backs this season."

The No.8 serves a one-match suspension following his red card in the final moments of the defeat by Manchester City on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Conor Bradley, Giovanni Leoni and Alexander Isak remain long-term absentees for Liverpool.
Sunderland, who are unbeaten at home in the league this season, will be without Bertrand Traore and captain Granit Xhaka for this game.
Noah Sadiki was taken off midway through the second half of their 3-0 loss away at Arsenal on Saturday but head coach Le Bris reported that he is "good".
Nilson Angulo made his debut for the club as a late substitute in that trip to Emirates Stadium, having arrived from Anderlecht on transfer deadline day.
"Nilson is ready to play. He has trained with us and played a lot of football this year at a good level," Le Bris said of the winger.
In the absence of Xhaka, skipper duties have been taken on by Trai Hume and Le Bris said: "Sunderland belongs to a working-class community and Trai is a good example of earning things.
"He is really well balanced and intense, and a good example and captain for the squad. His teammates like his advice, and his speeches are good before the game."
