Liverpool FC Women's Olivia Smith has been shortlisted for the PFA Women's Young Player of the Year award.

The Reds forward, as voted by her peers, is named in the top six best young performers across the women's game throughout 2024-25.

She has been nominated alongside Aggie Beever-Jones (Chelsea), Grace Clinton (Manchester United), Mary Fowler (Manchester City), Maika Hamano (Chelsea) and Wieke Kaptein (Chelsea).

Smith enjoyed an impressive debut season for Liverpool as she made 25 appearances across all competitions, scoring nine goals – three of which came at Anfield – and recording one assist.

The No.11 was also voted as the Reds' 2024-25 Standard Chartered Player of the Season thanks to her strong form throughout the campaign.

The winner of this year's PFA Women's Young Player of the Year award will be announced at a ceremony in Manchester on Tuesday August 19.
