MatchLiverpool v Everton: Merseyside derby team news
Arne Slot hopes Alisson Becker, Conor Bradley and Ryan Gravenberch are available for Liverpool against Everton but Trent Alexander-Arnold is out of the Merseyside derby due to injury.
The Premier League leaders’ title challenge resumes at Anfield on Wednesday (8pm BST kick-off) and Slot was asked for a team news update during Tuesday morning’s pre-match press conference.
The head coach said: “Ryan is OK although we have to train one more time, but he is OK. Ali trained with us as well. The last check has to be made, I think that’s this afternoon after the session, [to determine] if he is available to play.
“Conor is training with us again but we have to make a decision on whether he is playing and if playing means coming in or starting. That’s something I keep for myself.
“But he’s only had a few sessions after being out for quite long with a repetitive injury so we have to make a smart decision with that as well.”

Bradley, meanwhile, has been out since suffering a muscle problem in the Reds’ draw at Villa Park in February.
Alexander-Arnold was injured during Liverpool’s Champions League defeat by Paris Saint-Germain and will not return versus Everton. Joe Gomez is also sidelined.
Everton manager David Moyes spoke to the media on Tuesday afternoon and provided updates on the condition of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Dwight McNeil, Vitalii Mykolenko and Iliman Ndiaye.
Mykolenko may be ready to feature at Anfield, with Moyes saying: “He’s got a bit of an injury but he’s back. He came in and did a bit in training yesterday so we’re hopeful that he’ll be OK. But we still have to wait and see tomorrow exactly how he is.”
McNeil and Ndiaye are back in training and are expected to return before Calvert-Lewin.
Moyes added: “They’re doing great actually. Both of them are coming on great. Ili is a little bit further on than Dwight at the moment but it’s great that they’re back in training.
“Dom is the only one who is really behind a little bit at the moment. We’re just waiting on him coming back, the rest are all getting much closer to fitness.
“I’ve not got a date [for a return] with Dom yet but he’s back, he’s on the grass, so good signs that he’s getting closer to it.”
Orel Mangala is a long-term absentee for Everton.
