Dominik Szoboszlai's long-range strike at Eintracht Frankfurt has claimed Liverpool's October Goal of the Month award.

The Hungarian completes a double alongside receiving the Standard Chartered Men's Player of the Month prize.

He dispatched a clinical effort into the bottom corner during a 5-1 Champions League win for the Reds in Germany.

Szoboszlai's finish topped our Goal of the Month poll, ahead of Mohamed Salah's late hit at Brentford.

Hugo Ekitike's counter-attack goal in Frankfurt took third place and Cody Gakpo's strike versus Chelsea was fourth.

Cornelia Kapocs' Kop-end effort past Manchester City in the Barclays Women's Super League ended in fifth.
