InterviewConor Bradley: Brentford will be tough - but we'll be ready and want another win
Conor Bradley underscored the importance of Liverpool following up their midweek Champions League win when they journey to Brentford on Saturday.
The Reds put a halt to a frustrating run of defeats by beating Eintracht Frankfurt 5-1 in Germany, coming from a goal down to produce an ultimately convincing victory.
Having arrived back on Merseyside on Thursday, a tight turnaround sees the squad now switch focus to an 8pm BST kick-off against the Bees away from home in the Premier League.
Bradley insisted the reigning champions are ready to tackle the next challenge and can carry confidence from a positive all-round display versus Eintracht.
"Yeah, definitely," he said of there being benefits to take from Wednesday's performance.
"It has been a difficult few weeks for us but that was good. But it's only three points. We need to focus on the weekend now and hopefully get another win.
"We'll be ready for it. We'll look at the clips the manager shows us and I'm sure we'll be ready.
"We're looking forward to it. It's going to be another tough game and we can't wait for it."
The Northern Ireland international was a first-half introduction from the bench in Frankfurt as Jeremie Frimpong was forced off with a hamstring issue.
Arne Slot's charges fell behind to a Rasmus Kristensen strike, but responded emphatically to get back to winning ways.

Hugo Ekitike equalised and headers from Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate had Liverpool in front before the interval.
Cody Gakpo and Dominik Szoboszlai then converted two of the multiple chances the Reds crafted in the second 45 minutes.
On it being pleasing to have fought back, Bradley said: "It's difficult, especially with the last few games we've had, it's been really difficult.
"Obviously going 1-0 down, some teams probably would have caved in. But that's not us.
"Fantastic to get a 5-1 win in the end and some really good performances out there."
On a personal level, Bradley has now appeared in each of Liverpool's last nine fixtures - including four starts.
That run comes after the No.12 missed the opening two games of 2025-26 due to injury.
"It's never nice getting an injury in pre-season," he reflected. "Especially when I nearly got through it then I just picked up a little injury.
"It's always disappointing and then it sort of kills the start of the season for you because you're ready to go into it with full fitness and then you have a setback, so it's difficult.
"It's never nice but I just need to try to get my full fitness back now and try to play as many games and try to help the team as much as possible."
The Reds, of course, welcomed a raft of new signings to the club across the summer transfer window.
Bradley acknowledged work is ongoing to strengthen the fresh connections being forged on the pitch, but hailed the quality each recruit brings.
"It definitely does take time," he said of the gelling required. "I think you have to build relationships, which you can't just do in one day. That's over weeks and months and things like that.
"But I think all the new lads have settled in really well. They're all really nice people first of all and obviously they're all top players from what you see online from what they've done at their previous clubs and what they're doing for us.
"They're all top people, top players and I think we're really lucky to have them."
