A Bayer Leverkusen star has confirmed he will leave the club this summer amid links with Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Liverpool.
Leverkusen centre-back Jonathan Tah has made it clear that this season will be his last with the German side.
The 29-year-old, who has also been linked with Real Madrid, is a free agent at the end of this season and now he will decide where to head to next.
